I enjoyed dining at Racks. The food was average fare-- nothing stood out. However, the service made up for it, and the ambience was lovely. I would return and give them another shot.

We stopped for lunch and ordered:

Ahi Tuna Tacos- 4 filled to the brim with a jalapeño on top. Delicious and wrapped in a crispy potato chip!
Deviled eggs- creamy and sky high! Yummy too! 4 to an order
Heirloom Tomato Salad- Arugula with a light drizzle of olive oil and balsamic. Fresh and sweet
Hamburger and Fries-Certainly The Best we've had in a long while!! Half a pound of tasty backyard burger! And seasoned fries thin cut!! double yum !
( This Gives Shake Shack a run for their money !)
Dessert menu was delicious! Banana Bread Pudding, Apple crisp, Pecan pie With Ice Cream, and several others that sounded too good to be true! So we opted for 3 scoops of Bluebell Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and whip cream with crispy pecans rolled in brown sugar and butter!! So good! Craving it even as I write this!

Service was good a little slow but server was well versed in the menu. Prices were on the high side but artisan and creative.

We have been to the Rack's in Delray and love the atmosphere and fresh fish!

Both get 6 STARS in my book!!!

our way waiter Donovan was 1 of the best waiter I've ever had. the trout almandine he recommended was absolutely amazing. the desert pictured it's some kind of s`more that they have created. and it is extremely good. would definitely go back to try other dishes.

We had a great night, with a wonderful waiter, and divine ambiance. However, I had a hamburger with fries ($17.00) while my husband had a meatloaf dinner for $19.00. That discrepancy seemed out of line. Coffee was 3.50, and a crabcake special with cole slaw and fries was $34.00. We sat outside on a balmy night, and the people watching is wonderful, but it seems that the owners are full of themselves to charge such outrageous prices for good food, but nothing unusual. The Dubliner across the street in Mizner, is also good, with prices more in line.
Because of this, they lost one point in their rating.

Great food. There's a bar for just drinks and snacks. We shared sea bass and it was delicious. The chef divided it in the kitchen and the presentation was lovely. Truly enjoyed the salad and the key lime pie. While the restaurant was a little noisy, the food and service was terrific.
