Located adjacent to our hotel, but you definitely need reservations. A beautiful restaurant with great service and the food was fantastic. Even with the crowds everything was served promptly and the servers were all very pleasant.

From the moment we entered this restaurant until the time we left, we were welcomed by name and the service continued to be gracious, helpful, and very personal.

The food was as delicious as the first time we were there a year ago. The view of the lake and the ambience were great. I wish it were closer to where I live and would not have to wait another year before returning. Our friends, who have never been there, loved it, too.

Accolades to the management, the staff, and the chefs for running such a good restaurant.

I had reviewed city fish about a year ago. It was very good ,then. I went there on a friday and sat at the bar. The bar scene is obnoxious and it is almost impossible to get a seat as some people claim they are holding a seat for a person coming 2 hours later. I had 3 appetizer-s a shrimp cocktail- which the shrimp were soggy, a fried rock shrimp appetizer with way too much breading and a sauce that resembled a thousand island salad dressing. A companion had some oysters on the half shell that were so-so. The drinks were completely watered down and when asked to add more alcohol, the bartender was unhappy and surprised. Hopefully, the owner , who also owns another restaurant in boca raton, will keep on eye on these slips and bring the restaurant back to its original taste and level.

For some reason after the last disappointing visit to the restaurant, we decided to dine there again.

The 2nd time was no not any better than the 1st, even though we tried different food.

Food ratings

Terrible
2 lb lobster, was hard and bland. It was not melt in your mouth soft and delicious as other good seafood restaurants. Wonder how long it was frozen.

Terrible and disgusting
Lobster roll, they must have the world record for the worlds smallest lobster roll. It was 3 inches with 2 ounce of hard and bland lobster with a few French fries. You would need 4 of these to fill a normal person. Also the toasted bread was dry and hard, like it was from the week before.

Terrible
Crab cakes, was full of bread, dry and bland. Has the restaurant ever heard of seasoning.

Guess for the people that dine at the restaurant name recognition and a place to be seen is more important than good food.
