I have heard so many great things about this restaurant and could not wait for the opportunity to try it out with my boyfriend. It is not in Mizner but in a quant section near the shopping area. There is vallet in the front or metered parking on the side of the building. The outside seating is very nice as well as the indoor space. I was not blown away by the interior design, nor the atmosphere. Our waitor was very nice and knowledgable of everything on the menu. The house red wine was $45 and I must say... I have had way better house wines at casual dining areas (disapointment). The fasta fagoli was good but $9 for broth and vegetables...realy?!). The entrees we chose were good, not great. I would not come here again based on how pricy these forgettable dishes are. A two person bill of $150 that fails to meet and exceed premium expecations should lower their prices to their current standards.

Thank Angela G

Unlike Martha, we had a delightful, attentive waiter who catered to our every request. Casa D'Angelo is an expensive restaurant and the food is commensurate. We split every dish and they were gracious and accommodating. We split the outstanding rack of lamb - one wanted it pink, the other more well done. Not a problem! How delightful to get such nice service.

Casa D'Angelo has an extensive wine list and offers great wine by the glass. The salad starter was fresh; the Bruschetta al Pomodoro in the bread basket was great; the snapper dish was light and lovely; the mushroom risotto was done to perfection; and the dessert - they called it an "apple pie" but it was really an open faced apple dessert on a pastry shell with cinnamon ice cream - light and WOW.

The place is light and lively - a very comfortable atmosphere. It's simply a great place to go for dinner. GO!

Always wanted to try this restaurant, heard food was excellent. So for my birthday, this is the one I chose. It was mid week and the place had a good crowd. We were served immediately a delicious plate of appetizers....good start. Both of us ordered pasta, excellent! My complaint?
We asked for bread and butter to accompany our pasta dishes. Never got it, so we asked a woman assistant to bring it to us. She brought us pita bread, so we repeated B & B. She gave us a sour look and finally we got our bread....after we had eaten half of our pasta. Once finished, the table was cleared....no one asked us if we wanted dessert or coffee. We had to again find someone that would tell our waitor. We were not offered a refill. We felt like we were not really welcome at any time. Won't go back, even tho we loved the pasta.

Used to trek to Ft.Lauderdale to enjoy Chef Angelo Elias food, but now we're hooked in Boca. Same attention to every detail...elegant surroundings, professional servers and authentic Italian fare. Thank you for sharing your talents in Boca!
