Our party of 4 included our Italian "snowbird" neighbors who reside in Rome. This is their favorite Italian restaurant which says a lot. While most of the menu items are close to authentic Italian with some Italian American items, you can ask your server and the chef to prepare your meal 100% Italian style. The bufala mozzeralla is imported and good but can never be the same as the fresh made, unchilled available in Italy. However, the appetizer of bufala mozzarella with arugula was very nice. All of our pasta dishes were prepared properly, al dente, Italian style. Large portions. The list of specials is extensive and complicated. You almost need a specials' menu to appreciate them and properly decide. Desserts are rich, generous and well presented. Service was very good. An upscale Italian restaurant that can cater to your taste, especially if you want to experience true Italian cuisine.
