We stayed for 3 nights recently in the sky deck room. The view was incredible. Room was great with modern outlook. We had a great time. Breakfast was very nice as well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pools are clean and nicely maintained. Beach was awesome.

Only negative factor- The balconies in the sky deck room are not very private. Please make sure you are okay with that.

Room Tip: Choose sky deck room if you want a panoramic ocean view.

Start your day by going to the restaurant for breakfast, being seated and served no coffee or juice for ten minutes...walk out. Room not made up until 5 pm when we were back in the room. cigarette butts on the floors outside because they provide no containers...should try no smoking on the entire premises. Meeting facilities ok. Pool side lounges covered with pads that were old, dirty or moldy...mold on the tub grouting. Chairs in the smoking walkway were not wiped dry in the morning after foraging for breakfast. A $20 per day facility fee that "Includes" towels for the pool, internet (huh?) and tips for the staff...are you kidding me? The 501 restaurant was good and Alex was a great server. Overall i felt i was paying Waldorf prices at a Holiday Inn...They offered me a free day...Check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 am...Very very disappointing as I expected a Walorf/Ritz Carlton kind of experience...too bad.

Room Tip: If not on the beach, get a tower room overlooking the ocean side...the rooms are big and pleasant

The service at this resort was outstanding. The food was good but generally not worth the high prices. All of the amenities were super. I liked the personal concierge concept that I could text for local information, That was very helpful when looking for a Mexican restaurant. The rooms were very comfortable.

I am really sorry that I have to write this review: I came back specially to this hotel after having two wonderful experiences in 2010 and 1011.
This time it was very different. It has nothing to do with the excellence and charm we are supposed to find in a Waldorf Astoria Resort. I stayed for three days at the end of October and there were groups which were obviously treated preferebly and, unfortunately made A LOT of noise everywhere! Crowds of people walking around all the time.
The pools were absolutely crowded, the breakfast was crowded and noisy!
Also, the first room I was given was far from clean and very deteriorated. Carpet was full of stains and the bathroom marble stained as well.
I am very disappointed with this experience and very sad to see the downfall of what was supposed to be THE RESORT in Florida.

Room Tip: The sky terrace rooms are great!

Stayed for 4 nights for combo conference/vacation. This facility is very nice, as is the sister property. Nice staff very willing to accommodate. Rooms very nice and beach/pool facilities superb. Only reason I only give it 4 dots, didn't deliver breakfast when I had a fishing trip planned because no one took the order off my door the night before. Would definitely stay again or at the main resort.

Was there for business and conference facility was excellent. I stayed over the following weekend with my wife and daughter at the Beach Club and that was particularly good - especially the beach and pool facilities, the cabanas and the service level from the staff at the pool. The concierge was also extremely helpful.

I highly recommend this hotel if ever in Boca Raton. Our hotel room was excellent with a spectacular view of the ocean. We saw the sun rise every morning. Breakfast was expensive but everything was fresh and well prepared. There was a huge selection. We stayed for a conference and had a great time.
