A few days before Christmas we arrived at the beautiful hotel. We pulled up to Valet and were welcomed outside by a manager (I think her name was Claudia). She was very friendly and escorted us to the front desk to check in. Front desk staff was cordial and knowledgeable. There was an ice skating rink just outside of the hotel in 80 deg weather; it was awesome! We didn't bring any kids with us, but there are lots of activities for them around the hotel. The pool overlooks the intercoastal and is usually very crowded, but quite nice. The people who set up chairs were helpful, and although most employees we encountered were friendly, Food Service could be improved a bit. It's so busy you can't always get someone to take an order at the pool. And can someone please teach the bartenders how to smile?! Overall a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I am sure I will be going back.

I was to the Re/Max Elite retreat organized by Re/Max Ontario Atlantic Canada for the top professionals in Canada for 3 days at this hotel. The rooms have to be updated, and the AC to be changed in a more quite one. Other than that friendly staff, professional services, amazing location, Practical Golf Course and cozy landscaping.

We had read some mixed reviews on here but have had excellent experiences at other Waldorfs so we booked-not the cheapest room admitedly but certainly not the most expensive either and we had a very nice tower room allocated . Amazing views and a really nice room. We eat on site breakfast and dinner which were both good-really nice staff especially a Jamaican guy in the breakfast diner/cafe place.
The shuttle to the Beach works very well-you turn up and go and we didnt have to wait either direction. The pool areas were a little diappointing-the focus was very much on lets see your room ID so we know you are a guest - Loungers have seen better days and whilst the welcome was very nice the service to the pool side was non existant-we would have bought more food and especially more drinks if the staff had come by but inertia took hold and we left hungry and cocktail-less. having said that we will definately return here for the room and the service -except by the pool

Room Tip: Our tower room was great but there are so many rooms in different locations and prices its hard to k...

Very mixed feelings about this place. While the room (Tower, 20th floor) was very spacious (great when you stay 2 adults and 2 kids in one room) and had a wonderful view, it was somewhat boring. The grounds are huge and you are actually pretty far from the beach if you stay in the main building. That is fine on weekends because a water taxi (runs every 20 mins and not during lunch time) will take you to the beach club but on weekdays you will have to take a shuttlebus which has to leave the resort grounds and go on ordinary roads quite a distance to get there. It is not my idea of a luxury beach vacation to have to ride a bus, too much like public transportation. There is a large choice of restaurants at the hotel, most are good but not great (i.e. the kids menu is prepared from frozen products and fast food like - how hard is it to make home made chicken nuggets or mac and cheese?!) Pool area is very nice indeed, the view over the beach is wonderful, and it is great to have all the locker room facilities of the gym there to use before heading back from the beach to your hotel room. It really bothered me that so many corporate events took place at the resort while we were there. Most people we saw in the main buildings wore black suits and talked business and that made me feel odd walking around in my sandals and beach dress. It somewhat spoiled the family vacation atmosphere which I had hoped for.

The resort is very attractive and the staff is friendly and attentive around the resort with the exception of the guest rooms which was a terrible experiance on many levels. A hotel trying to be a 5 star resort but lacks the support staff to carry out.

...but the person who had the best time was my daughter. She's six and we were worried she'd be bored. There were so many places to explore - the golf course, gorgeous hotel and surrounding lush grounds, the marina and water front - but the place she loved most was the Beach Club and the little gals she made friends with around the pool.

The beauty of the Boca Raton Resort was the elegance of the restaurants, bars and hotels - just the right tone and style for me and my husband - and the consideration they show for kids without making the kid-experiences hokey, juvenile or cloying the way so many hotels ultimately deliver.

The concierge service available by text was super convenient. The shuttle and delightful driver, Murat, were excellent. The breakfast buffet at the Sea Grille was relaxed with an amazing array of dishes. And as one would expect, the service was stellar. We are so appreciative of our great experience and will absolutely visit again.

My trip to the Boca Raton Resort and Club was stellar. We pulled in to the stunning main hotel which looks like a castle in Europe and a feeling of luxury and warmth was upon us. Our rooms were perfect. They were large, clean, with delicious beds and down comforters and flat screen televisions. Our bungalow rooms had a private pool right outside in addition to the several other pools. The closet space was great and hangers plentiful. Bathrooms were perfect. My entire family slept very very well. Every staff member was kind, welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. The staff members truly cater to every guest. They go above and beyond. Room service was quick and efficient when we needed extra blankets and a cot for our young child. ( This was the most luxurious cot I have ever seen!)

The best part of the hotel are the amenities. Restaurants, shops and the beach club are amazing. There was a Serendipity restaurant in the main hotel which is terrific for children. There are several five star restaurants throughout the hotel. My favorites were Lucca and SeaGrill. Lucca had delicious Italian food and Sea Grill was amazing seafood. The breakfast buffet daily at Sea Grill is superb. Sitting outside on the balcony overlooking the Ocean was as wonderful an experience as the food.

The Beach Club is where one spends their days if not at the spa or playing golf. There are 3 pools on a beautiful beach, an outdoor restaurant, an indoor restaurant, a pool bar, a clothing store, and a snack store. All superb. There is even an outdoor "shop" that sells floats and balls for children with an attendant ready to pump them up in a moment’s notice. The cabanas are next to the "kiddie" pool and offer some privacy and convenience. They are situated near access to the beach and on a lovely grass area.

The Spa was heaven. I had a five star massage and ritual bath which were incredible. I had never experienced this kind of bath before! In a stunning room there are several baths, Jacuzzis and it’s just heaven. Again, the service was impeccable. The robes were divine and my husband and I had to buy several! Soft on the inside and perfect weight.

There is a shuttle that takes guests from location to location. It was frequent and lovely. My older children were able to take the shuttle around the resort on their own which was a perk.

The value was tremendous at this resort. It is beautiful and comfortable offering many luxuries and fun for a couple, or a family.
