My wife and I snuck away for a romantic dinner, and South Beach fit the bill. As expected, prices were high, and would keep us from going very often, but the good was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere was nice, and was particularly romantic when we took or drinks from our table in the food service area out to the tables out on the sand, under the tiki torches. Our only real complaint was that after receiving the menus, our waitress disappeared for a while even though the place wasn't at all busy (when we looked around we saw that she was socializing with other staff), so we had to wait quite a while before we even got drinks. However, after that she was very nice and everything was perfect.
