“A place we like”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 16, 2013

We like this place and come back each time we have the opportunity. The food is good (try the 'steak tartare'!), the service efficient. We also appreciate the location in the middle of fantastic Bal Harbour Shops, where you have an insight on what luxury can be.

“It's my second choice when at Bal Harbour Shops”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 18, 2013

I wish it was better like it was when they first opened. That's when the food was really French. I like that I can be seated quickly but there's a reason for that, poor service, mediocre food

“French???”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013 via mobile

We had dinner here for my husband's birthday. There's nothing french about this cafe except for the onion soup.By the reviews and location Bal Harbour.I was expecting tasty ,exceptional food and I certainly did not get that. The famous cheese soufflé was ok, the seafood linguini had no sauce and the mussels very too chewy, the onion soup was ok,the chicken pillard was blah, no taste ,they also forgot the asparagus. There is no real ambience about the place unless you were outside people-watching.For the price the food had no wow factor !!!and was very mediocre . They might cater for certain caliber of people but not the food . personally not my cup of tea!!! My waiter was very attentive and friendly.

“Restaurants in Miami Beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 25, 2013

A great place for lunch! Good food, good service, and good people watching! Located in Bal Harbour shops, this is a easy mid day place to grab a glass of wine and a some good food! Sit inside if the heat is to intense for you and its just as good!

“Good but not great”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 13, 2013

Food took a while to come to table. The trout was good and my husband had the mussels which was delicious. Quality of food is good but service needs to be worked on!
