I want to share the truth behind the beautiful carpaccio at bal harbour .
Be aware when ordering a vodka.drink, fille mignon carpaccio, lentil soup and pasta fagioli.
First, vodka drinks are made with a cheap hard rock vodka even though its been order a top shelf goose or ketel one ,etc you are going to get cheap vodka in your drink!!!!
Continuing with my behind carpaccio knowlege, fill mignon carpaccio IS NOT fill mignon they use a chunk cut very thin sliced so doesn't get tough and chewy, not forgetting about the locals soup lentil and pasta fagioli; which both are cooked with pork skin. And when asked .server always told that they are not pork base.
So, next time you go, check your drink when served and well your food its what it is.
Ahhh ask the prices when ordering specials you can get rip off .... Seabass 46.99$$$????
