“If you love fashion - This is the place to be!”

I always enjoy a trip to Bal Harbour Shops. The oasis atmosphere with mature palms and beautiful Koi ponds will delight you as you shop among the top designer stores.

I always make sure to visit the following stores:
*Santa Maria Novella - offering the finest and most luxurious in bath, body and home fragrances, lotions, and soaps - a definite must
*Gucci - Finest in fashion leather goods
*Pretessi - Luxurious linens
*Salvatore Ferragammo - Classic fine shoes and belts.

Don't forget to pick up an espresso at Santa Fe Cafe while shopping and have lunch at Carpaccio or Makoto

“Nice!”

Traditional. Beautiful set-up, excellent taste and quality but some shops are a bit over the top. Worth visiting.

We always enjoy the Bal Harbour mall (price is another topic), the shopping and dining atmosphere is very nice. We enjoy the lushness of walking through this mall.

“Window shopping only!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 1, 2013 via mobile

This outside mall is defiantly for the very wealthy, I guess that is why Kourtney Kardashian shops here while she's here in Miami. Every store is high end but the actual mall is very pretty and relaxing. Some of the sales girls are snobby which makes me laugh because they are the ones working retail behind the counter. They do have some really good restaurants here Makoto is great if you are in the mood for sushi and Carpaccio is really good Italian. There are a few others but haven't tried them yet. So if you want to spend a few grand this is the place or just sit back relax and people watch.

“An insight in to how the really really wealthy live !!”

Whilst it has Saks and Neiman Marcus as the anchor stores at the south and north ends respectively it is the inner sanctum individual shops that make this a place to shop or watch others spend, spend spend !! There is a two level open air atrium between the anchor department stores with sub tropic landscaping on the 1st floor end to end. More often than not a Ferrari or other luxury top end vehicle will be on display here courtesy of The Collection in Coral Gables...Numerous restaurants are scattered on both levels with Cappaccio taking top billing it's not necessarily where you'll find the best food, it's neighbor La Goulue is far better and more
civil, but if you want to be seen with the people that like being seen, that's where you go people watching..Bal Harbour shops are worthy of a visit if you are staying on or near Miami Beach... Plan on going around lunch or dinner after you've had an hour or two in the shops.. It's Rodeo Drive and then some !!
