Review of Delaware Park

Looked somewhat run down and not very clean. I'm not in a hurry to go back and would not take out of town guests.

...it's not so bad. The restaurants are pretty good, although I've found that most of the fast-serve places are very slow. Love the live racing. The casino is just okay.

You don't have to be a track specialist to enjoy Delaware Park. You have all the features of a very pleasant place to visit along with the excitement that a horse race can create. The paddock area is very accessible and you can get a real up close view of the horses. This is a very kid friendly atmosphere. A short walk gets you back into the stands that make viewing the race easy.

Lots of other distractions at the park, good snack foods, an upscale dining-room that offers a great view of the entire track. The Delaware Park Casino is part of the complex and they are co joined so you can try to get even. There is an up scale restaurant that is part of the Casino that you might want to visit if the snacks don't satisfy your needs.

This track goes back to the fifties, it is update and comfortable, but the charm and country setting is quite comfortable. The facility also has a very challenging golf course a beautiful dining room with great upscale food. This is on the property but a bit of a walk from the track area.

When my 95 year old mother in law visits from New York, she insists on a visit here. I will never return to this casino again. I was embarrassed by the filthy conditions. Our governor bailed out this casino but I don't know where the money is going. Obviously housekeeping is a low priority. I didn't want to touch anything.
When I complained to the players club manager, Tim he assured me that the dirt was all from today. I think not. Crumbs and visible dirt cake the carpets. Debris such as napkins on the floor cover the reception area. I a disgusted.

Went there to place bets on football and horseracing. Surprisingly, we got the chance to see the Bradley vs Marquez fight for free on a jumbotron.
