I dined at this restaurant when it was Old Bay and that experience was so-so. Some of the menu is similar from my recollection but they're definitely doing a much better job. We ordered side salads which were huge, and only $2 with our entrees, the shrimp pesto with penne and the prime rib. The shrimp pesto was in a white sauce and was quite rich! Very good flavor - lots of cream, garlic and parmesan - and a nice size portion. The other member in my party got the 12oz(?) prime rib which was a great size and presentation. Only problem with his was it was served medium well as opposed to the medium rare which was recommended by the server and ultimately chosen by him, and it came with gravy on top. The beef gravy choice seemed odd as most prefer prime rib plain, or with a demi-glace or horseradish sauce on the side. Not sure if they were trying to cover up the "doneness" of the steak, or? In any event, he said the flavor was good, he just would have done without the gravy. It was overkill as he put it.
We each had a drink. I had a New Fashioned, which was excellent. Very light and fruity. He had a Moscow Mule. If you love fresh, spicy ginger, this is your drink!
Service was a bit slow, but not terrible. Our waitress was just a little scattered though the restaurant was not busy. We had set our expectations pretty low going in so we definitely weren't disappointed. There are lots of better restaurants in the area but this one is improving, and we will be back again sometime soon.

The steamed shrimp was excellent, this coming from the non-seafood eater in the group.... Companion ordered the rib eye special, I had chicken mac & cheese with an amazing salad ordered that fed four of us at the table. There was live entertainment on a Thursday night and of course you could ride the mechanical bull in the dining room area. All in all, it was a nice evening and companion was able to purchase bottles of their signature gin and vodka. What more could we ask for? Oh wait, a visit from the owner to our table. I really like it when they say hello.

Ten of us descended on the Delaware Distilling Company for dinner on a Sunday evening and were seated quickly. The pub-like decor appeared clean & inviting and the servers were friendly, menu knowledgeable, and timely.
The salads were fresh, light and flavorful and their Maryland crab soup was perfectly spicy and a great appetizer choice.
Those of us who had racks of ribs were very pleased as were those who had steaks which ranged from rib eye to filet minion. All the steaks were prepared as requested. One of our crew had the Cioppino which featured fresh mussels and shrimp and was delighted by the freshness and levels of flavor.
The drinks were good and a must try is the orange cream cycle which they keep nice and cold by serving it with a frozen copper straw.
The food was good. The prices were reasonable. And, the service was great.
What's not to like?
