“It is fabulous!”

We have been coming to The Bellmoor, twice a year, for five years or so. We love the ambiance of the inn and the loving care of the staff.

It reminds us of The Charlotte Inn in Martha's Vineyard.

We have never been disappointed in our stay. It is convenient to everything you would want to do in Rehoboth and all within walking distance. We have always stayed in the main building in a Jr. Suite and have loved our accommodations. The garden area is really quaint.

Judy and Harry K.

Highly recommend The Bellmoor Inn.

Room Tip: They do not have an onsite restaurant, however, they have a wonderful breakfast buffet every morning...

The lobby decor is that of a European Explorer; especially, with the "study" just off the lobby. A really great looking first impression. When walking through the hotel the "feel" and "look" is consistent...it's a really nice looking hotel. One slight negative is that you have to walk outside to reach the garden rooms; however, the plus side is that the gardens are stunning! Once inside the room...at least our room, it was extremely clean as well as well decorated. The carpet in the room was a bit worn and it had a slight musty smell (which is why I didn't give 5 stars) but overall it was an extremely nice room. The hotel served breakfast as part of the package and it really was outstanding. We chose to eat outside in the gardens as mentioned earlier and it was an amazing start to our day.

I wish the hotel was closer to the beach as it is about 2 blocks away. However, it is one block from the main street (Baltimore Ave) where the shops and restaurants are located.

Highly recommend this place

Room Tip: Room 205 garden building seems to be a bit larger than others in the building.

We have been going to the Bellmoor Inn for years and they have never disappointed us. It is great to walk to restaurants, the boardwalk, the bookstore and shops without needing a car for the entire visit. The Bellmoor is a quiet retreat with the advantage of plenty to do right outside the door.

Room Tip: We prefer the main building but the garden rooms are less expensive and also very nice.

When you're inside the Bellmoor, you'd never know you were three blocks from the Rehoboth boardwalk. It's a lovely quiet place, with outstanding service and a great staff. We got great recommendations for restaurants, and the front desk people are extremely knowledgeable about the area. The outside garden is a wonderful spot to have either breakfast or a mid-afternoon snack (both complementary), or to simply read and relax. The best rooms are very pricey, and the rooms outside the main building are small, but every guest is treated as special. It draws an older crowd, and isn't necessarily a great place for young children. It's a short walk to everything, and a real oasis in a croded beach town.

In August to celebrate our 57 wedding anniversary, we,of course, chose the Bellmoor. We have been staying there twice a year for many years. How delighted my husband and I were to find that the Bellmoor had upgraded our usual garden room to a very lovely room on the 2nd floor!!
We are so grateful to the generous and gracious management for the fond memories of our stay .

The Donald Steels

Room Tip: We have found all rooms excellent.

My fiance and I stayed in a lovely deluxe junior suite on the third floor. We were really looking forward to a quiet and relaxing getaway, which is exactly what we found at the Bellmoor! The room was a nice size and included a huge jetted tub and fireplace. The tub was awesome and the fireplace was great when the temperature dropped overnight. It was also SO quiet (however, we did stay over Sunday night and the inn seemed pretty empty). Breakfast in the morning and the staff was more than happy to help with whatever we needed. The inn is in walking distance to everything and each day they showcase a selection of retaurants to try (huge help!) Would definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

Room Tip: Ask for a room far from the elevator... super quiet!

We always rent a house when coming to Rehoboth Beach except for this stay. What a wonderful treat the Bellmoor is. We can't wait to return, the Inn is lovey and the staff is amazing. The room we had was spacious (a suite),on the "club" floor. It included a jetted tub, wet bar, balcony, and a fireplace. There is a lounge with drinks and snacks open 24 hours and no children allowed on the floor. The ambiance is relaxed elegance, there are many "public" rooms to relax in. Puzzles and books abound. The garden was beautiful and dotted with seating and is also used for the buffet breakfast. It is a pleasant walk to the beach and you are surrounded by great dinning. The staff members were very helpful in obtaining reservations and suggestions for meals. Definitely come to the Bellmoor it is the nicest spot in Rehoboth- a real treat!

Room Tip: We went for the club floor as we were traveling without kids. The suites were lovely.
