We have been searching for good eats in Rehoboth for a long time and were happy to discover this restaurant. We like the concept and the decor; service was fine. We liked our food but there was an element or two that was slightly off in each dish. For example, overall taste of shrimp and grits was really flavorful and rich but the shrimp and sausage were both overcooked. Noise levels rivalled DC eateries. Prepare to lean in!

We tried to eat here on a Monday night, holiday week, with no reservation and couldn't get in for an hour and a half so we went back earlier the next night and walked right in. Good sangria. The roasted chicken and vegetables really hit the spot. Excellent house salads. My friends liked the shrimp and grits. Good flatbread with whipped cheese and herb spread. Will definitely return.

Three of us got seated in thirty minutes. Not bad for Saturday night in reho...meatloaf sliders were the best thing we had...shrimp and grits ok...fried shrimp good but uninspired...roast chix fine but nothing like it used to be with the previous owner. Is lively yet loud atmosphere.

Usually, the food you get in beach towns is miserable. Cliche seafood dishes with cute names. But this place is a real restaurant. Run by people who care about food. Everyone has on opinion. I love that. And the execution in the kitchen was on point. Every dish my group had was outstanding. Cocktails were thoughtfully crafted and amply sized. I will definitely be back.

We had been wanting to try Salt Air for some time and lucked out - we stopped by on a Friday night and were seated immediately. We sat at a cool spot that allowed us to watch the cooks - it was fun and something different. The poblano corn chowder was out of this world. The fried shrimp were the largest I had ever seen and a HUGE portion. The seafood stew was great, also a huge portion. I think next time my husband and I may need to share and entree! The whole vibe plays off the fresh ingredients - drinks come in mason jars, etc. The quality of the ingredients were outstanding. It was pouring rain outside so we lingered for a few more drinks and the waiter didn't make us feel rushed - he welcomed us to stay as long as we liked and even made reservations for us in August when we will be back in town. Tip - they do take reservations however only up until 6:30.
