We decided to come to Rehobeth Beach to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and At Melissa's was recommended to us. What a great recommendation that was! Melissa made us feel so welcome, as if we had been coming there for years. The rooms are lovely with such modern bathrooms and wonderful beds. Having the beach only a short walk away was a great added bonus. We have recommended it to several friends already and have booked a stay again for next year. Thanks Melissa for providing us such a great experience. Harlene and Les

I had not been to Rehoboth Beach in about 10 years so I searched on google, read reviews on tripadvisor and found, "At Melissa's". This was an excellent choice!!

I visited "At Melissa's" at the beginning of August 2013 (solo) and loved it so much I returned with a friend in September for a longer stay. I felt like I was going home when I visited the second time. Melissa was wonderful, warm, friendly and very helpful with suggestions re: dinner, salons, etc.
The house had comfortable rooms, interesting and fun decor and provided areas to interact with other guests. Sitting on the front porch was very relaxing...one could eat, drink coffee/wine (depending on the time of day), read the newspaper or just hang out.
I loved the amenities -- excellent breakfast with a nice variety of foodstuffs, soda/beer/wine, snacks, beach towels, chairs, etc.
The location was perfect - very close to the beach as well as to restaurants and shopping.
I will definitely return!

Room Tip: Room 6 was sunny, quiet, had an comfortable bed with attached bathroom. It was a very nice size room...

My wife and I have been coming to either Bethany and or Rehobeth beach for years and this was our first experience at a B&B. It turned out to be fantastic. We booked an extra night because we were having such a great time. Melissa created a welcoming atmosphere. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch and interacting with fellow guests. After the day at the beach it was nice to get a glass of wine or a beer supplied by Melissa and just relax under the backyard gazebo. The food was great, rooms were spacious and very clean. We felt at home the moment we arrived. We were looking for a nice B&B and we found one. We really hated leaving because we were having such a great time.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and accommodation. Our 9 month old daughter was treated like a princess. The room was clean, airy, spacious and beautiful. We felt very at home. The conversations were wonderful and I like how Melissa interacts and is always available to the guests. LOVED the food and the free wine and soda. I did not want to go home so soon! We will definitely be returning.

My wife and I were looking for a nice B&B which would also welcome children. We found it "at Melissa's". We enjoyed the morning breakfast, sitting in the patio having a glass of wine before dinner, or drinking a cup of coffee on the front porch after breakfast. We felt welcome and comfortable at all times. A very family friendly, and well-cared for B&B. We certainly will visit again.

I've been patronizing At Melissa's since its inception. There is simply no better place to stay while enjoying Rehoboth Beach. Melissa has created a wonderful, warm, welcoming atmosphere which is open to everyone. You'll love relaxing on the huge front porch and watching the world go by -- both day and night. At Melissa's is within walking distance of the beach and all of Rehoboth's fine eating and drinking establishments. You can park the car and forget it until you leave (unless you want to venture out onto the highway to go to the outlets). Melissa's gluten free breakfasts and snacks are not to be missed. And you can count on having your own teddy bear on your comfy bed.

Room Tip: If you want a lot of nice space, try out the penthouse accommodations.

The porch in the evening is the place to be. Before heading out for dinner, enjoy wine with friends and guests. You meet the most interesting people. Breakfast is the best and Melissa is always there to help you with Towels, Coolers and stuff for the beach. I will be back again and again
