The property is fairly well maintained. Wall colors were appealing. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the updated enclosed porch that had new windows when we wanted fresh air. The open back porch was great in the morning. Great to have the outdoor shower as well as the one inside. The backyard is spacious and has nice shade trees, a swing, and a large picnic table and great nearly any time of day. We were less than a block from the Wassawoman trail that we used several times for a walk. And the price was great. It worked well for our extended family - 2 grandchildren, daughter and son-in-law, 1 adult single daughter, 2 grandparents. One drawback is that unless you are used to road noise, you must keep the windows closed at night in order to sleep soundly. Another drawback is there is a thin room divider between the master bedroom and the livingroom so not much privacy if you have someone sleeping on the pullout sofa sleeper in the living room.
