It IS just a shack and the food is to go (if there were any picnic tables I didn't see them). But the ribs are good -- truly "fall-off-the-bone." The pulled pork also was quite good. The teen staff were very friendly and the service was quick. Two minor quibbles: The sauce is very sweet and comes automatically slathered on the ribs. That, however, is a matter of personal taste; I would have preferred the ribs dry and the sauce a little tangier. We ordered macaroni and cheese and got macaroni salad instead. But it was fine and we ate it all up. The reviewers who note that the place often runs out of ribs are not kidding: I went at 5 pm on a Friday in August to stay ahead of the crowd; and kept the ribs warm until dinner. These are not the best ribs in the whole world but they are tasty and the price is good value.
