Love this place, it has it all. Great hamburgers and fries. Want something different try their
other burgers; turkey burger or gardenburger! They also have chicken various ways and even
hot dogs and grilled cheese.

Everyone will be happy and find what they want.

The milkshakes are too die for!

Still has great burgers even after the re-branding. Milkshakes are always a plus. Fries have changed since the change over. My kids love it. As expected, items besides burgers are so-so. Stick with the burgers.

Jake's doesn't have much for ambiance....but the food is great. Very fresh and delicious! Try their shakes! You'll be smiling!

I dined at Jake's again using a $10 gift certificate I purchased online at a 50% discount from the Meriden Record Journal. My wife opted for the Jr. cheeseburger while I ordered the Jake burger (2 patties). We each customized our burgers from a list of free condiments. Both burgers were juicy and our rolls were very fresh. We also shared a delicious, though pricey, chocolate shake. Our meal was very enjoyable, but I find the prices too high to dine here except when I can obtain a discount.

A few weeks later we returned because of the annual anniversary (February 21st) promotion where prices are rolled back on the Jake Burger to its original price. We arrived shortly before noon to find a short line and a lot people waiting for their orders to be filled. We each ordered a Jake Burger at a cost of $2.49. My wife had recently signed up for emails so she also received a free junior shake. The hamburgers were very good and her chocolate/banana shake was delicious.
