This is a hotel that has the feel a bit of a bed and breakfast on the one and, and a NY hotel on the other. The rooms are small but comfortable. Everything was 100% clean. The elevator is actually pretty cool to ride on. The staff had a genuine friendliness about them. Parking, while not ultra convenient is not that bad on weekends. You can park in a bank parking lot for free 24 hours a day ON THE WEEKEND. I don't know the situaiton during the week as we were there for a Friday night to Sunday. The only issue, as mentioned in other reviews is noise. The walls are thin. I think the hotel caters to couples, so folks are responsible enough to sort of keep it down. Late at night it was not a problem. You can just hear people walking around and talking (even in a normal tone of voice) in other rooms. Maybe not the perfect place if you don't want others to hear EVERYTHING you are doing.
