This is a relatively low-key pub restaurant, simple nautical decor, with a nicely rounded menu with great fish offerings supplemented with burgers, salads and soups. Although the menu is American, it is contemporary in preparation and the fish tacos, gazpacho and other more "international" offerings should not be missed. Preparation and seasoning of everything is excellent, although crab cakes are on the small side, lacking in lump crabmeat, and not as satisfying as some other entrees and salads.
The restaurant can be noisy due to all the hard surfaces, but it is a happy kind of noise. Lunch is more relaxing than dinner but the menus are different, with dinner offering plated entrees that are terrific.
