My toddler great-niece & -nephew LOVED this place! Not just wonderful ice cream in a bazillion flavors, but a playground, picnic tables & COWS to visit! This will be a regular stop when they come to visit.

We stopped at Hopkins for ice cream on the way home to PA from DE. I got the Cow Pie ice cream in a waffle come (chocolate ice cream with peanut butter chunks and swirls). Very fresh ice cream and a fresh waffle cone. It was big, too! They make all their ice cream there. We walked over to see the cows while we ate it. A little pricey - $16 for 2 waffle cones and 1 scoop in a cup. But worth it!

It's a true farm dairy and genuinely farm fresh ice cream.
Stinks a bit. but well worth the smell. The cows stink, but the ice cream is de-lish.

We go there for a little bit of heavenly ice cream. Family trips always keep the kids and adults fascinated by the open view of the dairy's barn. My favorite is rum raisin.

Sorry but they just upped their prices...right out the roof as far as I'm concerned. You can tell it's great ice cream because it starts melting right away...have your spoon or tongue ready!!
Value does not couple with the cow smells if you are down-wind. I know it's all part of the milk cow, done here thing, but just doesn't go with high price or choc-mint-chip.
