I would expect a $30 steak to be a bunch better than what is served at the Red Fire Grill. Took my family there for a nice (and expensive) dinner out. We ordered 4 ribeye steaks and all of them were tough to eat. I have gotten better steaks at Longhorn or Outback. Clearly they are trying to save some $$ by serving low quality cuts of meat and attempting to make up for it with homemade steak sauces. Won't go back!
