“Nice restaurant with a great view”
Reviewed September 8, 2011

We went to for the Tuesday dinner special ($7 for 2 tacos and a drink) and it was very good. We ate vegetarian taco. The line for out door seating was 30+ minutes, we sat inside next to a window with great view. The salsa they gave with the chips was excellent, The margarita they gave as a part of special was small but could not beat the deal. Had a few of their Jumbo margaritas ($5 each) and they were very good. I would definitely visit this restaurant if I am in Dewey beach.

“Great ambience, good food, fun service, tacky owner.”
Reviewed August 18, 2011

Que Pasa has an amazing site--you can sit with your feet in the sand and watch the sunset over the bay. The margaritas are great, the fish tacos greater. The service can be anything from excellent--friendly but not intrusive and on top of everything, even with two tables of eight people shouting orders--to okay--pretty blonde who wants to make sure you know that she's not really a server and misses just about everything. But overall service is good--one of the managers, Antonia, is fabulous.

The big draw for Que Pasa is its location--on the bay with a lovely sand beach. It's a great place to take kids--they can run around, having a wonderful time, while the adults can kick back and enjoy the good food and drinks. And in the summer, on Wednesdays from 5 to 6, the Rehoboth Children's Summer Theater does kids' improv on the beach. Kids choose costumes--Queen of Hearts, sack of potatoes, cow--and Steve constructs a play that the kids act out. Fabulous!

Que Pasa is a must do for vacation at the Rehoboth-Bethany beaches. Fun, great food and drinks, and almost always friendly and helpful service.

My only bad experience--and I go there two or three times a week during the season--was during a kids' improv when I was there with my two grandchildren and three nieces and a nephew and their spouses and their three kids, 14 of us in total. We were sitting at two eight-tops when our server told us we had to move, that we had to sit at just one table. The owner and his wife and a couple of kids wanted our other table. Unbelievably tacky--blowing off your customers but even worse putting your servers in the position of having to lie. But as usual Antonia smoothed it all over.

“Great bayside view - perfect place to jetski and then have a drink”
Reviewed August 11, 2011

We went to the Ruddertowne area to jetski with our teenagers. We didn't even know there were restaurants there. This was one great location. We already ate, but sat down at the tiny beach area in their outdoor seating and had a Corona anyway. They offered free chips and salsa and the price was reasonable.

“Great food, great waterside view!”
Reviewed August 9, 2011

While on vacation at Dewey Beach, we stopped here three times. They have a large bar with plenty of seating, or if you prefer, several tables in the sand right at the beach area. You can watch the boaters and jetskiers while dining. The menu consists of several Mexican style dishes as well as other types of food. We tried the burritos and empanadas, guacomole and salsa with chips - all very good. Also had the calamari and steamed shrimp as appetizers which were very delicious. Great drinks as well. The service was excellent and the prices moderate. Would definitely recommend and return when in the Dewey Beach area!

“Great vista of the bay, food was acceptable”
Reviewed August 1, 2011

Went for drinks and snacks after a day on the beach. Chips homemade, salsa questionable, but had fresh cilantro to make it seem fresh, in my opinion. Empanadas were good enough, slaw tasted vinegary and old and could easily be improved upon. Ceviche was good enough, but have had better in my small town mexican joint. Margarita's were good, value was fine, view from the deck bar fantastic, bartender's personality not impressive.
Overall, would go back to have margaritas at sunset and maybe try fish or shrimp tacos on next visit to Dewey. Guacamole looked good and fresh too.
