Can not say enough about this terrific place. The owner, Marion, has worked hard to make the atmosphere upscale without loosing the charm of a beach resort restaurant. Very attractive, comfortable dining room for folks with reservations, and a recently updated bar area with new high tables where the full menu is available. Her current chef is an expert. The menu offerings will make you want to keep coming back to try them all. Sophisticated combinations of food and favors that will please everyone. Ask about their special Tapas menu....an extraordinary value. Next time you find yourself in Bethany Beach, Delaware, be sure to schedule time for dinner at Sadona. You will be treated to the highest quality of food and service at this charming restaurant.

Second time to bethany beach and wanted to go somewhere nice with the family. Intimate atmosphere but still nice for the family. Food was good but seasoning was a little off. Recommend making a reservation, even in the off season. We were there very early and ask had to sure in the bar. Obviously popular. Still would recommend.

Had a wonderful dinner and great service at Sedona. Our party of 7 enjoyed several different Tapas plates for apps. My favorite was the Ahi Tuna on wontons and the pork cheaks were also a big hit. Entrees were all killer good and presentations were solid. Double cut pork chop stuffed with charizo and herbs was a solid choice. Duck breast, the tenderloin, and crab cakes were also nice.

We're finding that taking vacation after the "season" ends has some added benefits other than uncrowded beaches - like no waiting at restaurants and lightning fast service from their kitchens.

Sedona has been around for years, but this was our first visit. I'm sorry we waited so long. The interior reflects the name - walls and linens are the colors of a desert sunrise. There's a small bar area and then a larger dining room, where we were seated.

We decided to share a shrimp cocktail, which turned out to be a good idea considering the generous size of our entrees. It was pretty standard - five very large, fresh, well-cleaned shrimp with good flavor.

Our main courses came quickly. My husband had one of the specials - salmon topped with "crab Rockefeller" (crab and spinach bound in a light cream sauce) served with risotto mixed with roasted red sweet peppers. I had a taste of the fish, and it was heavenly. The salmon portion was very large and moist. The seasoning it the crab topping enhanced the salmon beautifully.

I had the double pork chop, stuffed with apples and caramelized onions. This was served with an interesting and tasty potato patty. The patty had a lightly crisp exterior and smashed potato, cheese and green onion interior. The double chop was huge and served with a demi-glace sauce. I ate it all, but had to fight hard to resist the temptation to pick up the bones and get at every last morsel. I love when food tastes as good as it looks!

Another reviewer mentioned that the menu is limited. I respect a restaurant that decides to do a few things and do them very, very well instead of trying to do a lot of things in a mediocre way. Sedona is definitely the former rather than the latter. They have a fairly wide array of small plates (10-15) and only about 5 entrees and one or two specials - but there is a good range of choice on the menu.

We are planning on going back to Sedona to try their small plates special - three small plates for $20 - on Friday night. This will be our chance to enjoy some of the appetizers we passed up. The ladies sitting next to us Monday night were having tapas. They seemed to really enjoy the coconut shrimp and chicken pot pie (topped with phyllo rather than a standard pie crust).

I had to write this review. My lovely daughter and her husband went to dinner @ Sedona and, because of their experience, they decided to give us a gift certificate for our anniversary. We went there this past Saturday night and, wow, from the apps, drinks, delicious entrees and complimentary desserts (they acknowledged very graciously, our special evening, we had such a superb evening. Thank you, Sedona!!!
