Today I went to Woodbury tubing. We went at 12 and they only ha a session at 1:30-3. So we bought the 3 hour session for 39$. So my friend and I got online and we got a double tube. We went down the first time no problem. The next time we to go on the lift we were told by the same guy that we couldn't use the tube unless we paid an additional 25$. So we just used single tubes and were forced to go to the back of the line. The issue with the tubing slides are that at the bottom of the trail people were hit by those who went down the more difficult ones. We got yelled at because my friend hit someone on our way down. HOW IS SHE SUPPOSED TO STOP?! The guy got in our faces and said to jump off. Really?! Jump off, last time I checked it was tubing. We left and gave our tickets to people who were walking in. We were there for a matter of 30 minutes. I wouldn't never again go here because of the rude employes and the lack of intelligence of those who created the tracks. I felt like a bowling ball hitting pins. This is absolutely unacceptable. SAVE YOURE MONEY!

We have rules and regulations, that everyone must follow. The correct way to tube is to go down on your belly and drag your knees and feet, so that you can control your speed and direction, and if you need to stop quickly you drop to your knees and throw your tube away. It is the tubers responsibility to control their speed at all times. When people do not follow the rules, its very frustrating for the employees, management and other tubers. We give oral and written instructions before they tube, for their safety and enjoyment. Because we have 18 different trails and many different features in each trail, we recommend starting off slowly at the beginner area and working up to the expert trails.

This place is extremely overpriced, overcrowded, lifts keep breaking down, rude employees, etc... Big sign at the front desk when you purchase your tickets says "no refunds for any reason" and now i know why. Plain and simple....it's a tourist trap! Travel an extra hour and go to Massachusetts !! You will spend most of your time waiting in line....they need more lifts, better management, and cheaper rates.....please take my advise on this....i very rarely write negative reviews but i hate to see people taken advantage of and that's what will happen to you here.....Beware !!

This place is double the price of better places an hour away in the berkshires....terribly long lines and they kept selling more tickets as people arrived later in the day (pure greed).....to add insult to injury they charge an extra $25 for a double tube and $10 for a helmet (req'd).... A small bottle of water is $3 !!! If you go here bring a lot of cash and be prepared to wait in long long lines..lifts kept breaking down too......go to the berkshires and you'll be much better off !!!

Well, it's a very small mountain and limited staff. Wish they had 1 or 2 people on ski patrol. We were happy to be out in the snow but very disappointed that they we had to use the rope tow to get to the 1 ski lift that opened late in the day. Definitely a mountain geared towards snowboarders with all the trails that were open having jumps. There was not a single trail that was for beginner/intermediate skiers without jumps. The upstairs lodge is nice and has a large wood stove, many tables & chairs, but the restaurant wasn't open. Unfortunately, the owner seemed very angry the day we were there & vocalized his feelings quite loudly in front of all of us. He was screaming at another employee which was very unprofessional. He also charged us more for a rental than was listed in the brochure which I noticed after we left. Before you arrive, be sure to know what you should be charged because the owner will charge you more if he feels he can pull the wool over your eyes. Milan(not sure of the spelling), an employee in the office was very nice & courteous. He should run the place!!!
