The staff was extremely helpful and very pleasant. They were having trouble with all the cardkeys, so we had to have staff open the door to our room and/or re-make our keys every time we wanted to enter. The furniture and carpeing are in need of replacement. Overally, the place is clean and quiet - just needs some sprucing up.

Dear Carolyn, I am sorry to hear that you were here during our key locks trouble. We brought new Front Desk unit and reprogram the locks, they are all set now. I appreciate the good words you put for our staff and cleanliness. We will checks furnitures and do necessary repairs. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We hope to see you here again soon.
