Two women friends have joined me for lunch twice. Both times the noise level was much too high although only a few tables were taken. Parking is terrible, even with a valet. The food is delicious, the selections genuine bistro fare, service attentive. We will only go back as soon as they start serving lunch or late when everyone's gone so we can hear ourselves talk. We prefer to eat inside, overlooking the river, to watch the waterbirds fly around as we sit in airconditioned comfort.
