“Perfect in so many ways”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 23, 2013

I had a boat in the area for 10 years and Bills was the local hang-out when we were not on the water. The atmosphere is great. You can watch jet-skis and small boats meander by. The food is good as well. I think they have the best fried clams around. Not greasy....perfect. The bar on the deck is a great way to spend a summer day....or evening!!

“Good food; Great entertainment”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2013

We have been to Bill's Seafood several times. We always go on Monday evenings when the big band Tuxedo Junction plays for dining and dancing entertainment. On this most recent visit, the place was jammed, and people just kept coming in! I had to keep reminding myself that it was a Monday night, not a Friday or Saturday!! The staff is always warm and welcoming. Keeping in mind that seafood is the primary focus, I have to say the steak sandwich was a bit of a disappointment. The steak itself was very good and quite tender, but it was served on plain white bread which wasn't even toasted. If there was a choice of bread, I was not informed of it. I had assumed a steak sandwich would be served on toast, no matter the type of bread. The cole slaw, homemade, was a disappointment. But I have to say that the rest of my party who had seafood dishes were very happy with their selections. Even a 5-year old devoured her fish and chips. The live music kept the joint jumpin'. Tuxedo Junction plays from 7:00 to 8:30, and dancing is encouraged. Even though we finished our dinners well before Tuxedo Juction began to play, we were not rushed or encouraged to leave. The staff fully expect that patrons will stay for the music. As others have pointed out, no charge cards are accepted. The men's room is clean.

“Local landmark, great food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2013

Foods always good, great to sit outside in the warmer months. Bring cash, they only take cash and if you don't have any you'll be using their convenient ATM in the lobby and of course paying a service fee.
Get there early for dinner, place is packed especially during peak tourist season

We love Bills. The food is delicious, the staff is very friendy. It is so packed in the summer that
it is hard to get into the restaurant or the outside patio. That is the only drawback.
The prices are average. The portions served are not skimpy. There is also an icecream
restaurant outside that is very nice. Try Bills you won't be disappointed.

“Seafood on the shore”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 4, 2013

I've been going to Bill's for over forty years. It is consistent seafood. The prime rib is excellent and big. They have Rhode Island chowder, which is not always easy to come by. This is a very busy place in the summer. The crowd is lively and they often have fun music. Drinking and dancing is a lot of fun here.
