We used to go here often. I had a certificate to use and it was just SO not good. We sent back two meals in our party. The flavor was bland, really not of quality and shockingly enough... I know the manager was there, and even w/ sending back two meals, he never came over.

If you're a local person who just needs a place to have a few drinks w/ your friends... and maybe get a quick little something... than maybe it's for you.... but really... don't waste your money there.

A local establishment that will surprise you with some excellent food, atmosphere, and a good selection of beers and cocktails. An Irish pub that offers Irish fare, as well as a wider selection of seafood and more. I almost hate to rate a place like this for fear that, once people learn of it and try it, we'll never get close to it again due to overcrowding. The restaurant is small, but has a charm that the locals are familiar with. Lot's of old photos of the West Haven area (Savin Rock) which brings back a flood of memories. Quaint booths that give one a feeling of privacy. The food is fantastic, generous portions, and the prices are very reasonable. This is definitely a favorite of ours. Red Sox fans will also feel at home here. Yankee fans will still enjoy the ambience and food in spite of Red Sox memorabilia. You will not be disappointed.

I've been going to Duffy's for many years now. The food is fabulous, as well as the service, atmosphere, etc. Excellent Bloody Mary's, Buffalo Wings, Quesadillas, Pastrami Sandwich...you name it ~ it's great! I highly recommend Duffy's for any and all occasions. Always have a great time when here.

Duffy's is a classic Irish pub. The shepherd's pie was flavorful. The fish and chips portions were generous pieces of lightly battered cod. Duffy's Rhode Island style clam chowder is among the best I have ever had. The service is good, the warm woodwork provides an inviting atmosphere. A nice place for family, friends, or a date or just a refreshing pint.

My girlfriend and I met several of her friends there for an evening out. We split several appetizers such as nachos and wings which were quite good. Excellent burgers and specials. All and all a great place to meet with friends and have a good time!
