The 3.6 or 3.8 (depends who you ask) circumference of the reservoir is a beautiful jewl and a wonderful walk. I have been countless numbers of times over the past 15 years, and if I was in the Swiss alps, I could not imagine a more beautiful sight. A perfect place to step back from the world for an hour or so.

Nice paved paths around the reservoirs, and a great pace to take little ones for a walk. Can be crowded on weekends, but its a pretty walk, bike ride or roller blade!

maps displayed show kilometer/distance of trails. Grounds and scenery are excellent with lots of places to stop and rest with comfortable benches/tables. A variety of trails for biking/hiking/walking with some off road areas for mountain biking. Clean and well kept trails.

I go here often with my dog, friends, or alone. A great place to destress and let go for a couple of hours that it will take around the paved trail.

There is plenty of parking near the entrance to the trails. Signage to follow the different routes is sufficient so you don't get lost. The walk takes you near the water where we heard ducks calling and enjoyed the peaceful calm of the water. Currently they are doing some significant tree work to clear up damage from several storms so some of the paths in the woods are closed. The walkways are fairly even but some are a bit broken up. People bring their pets to walk here too. Many stroller-moms, too.
