The stuffed fish I ordered seemed previously frozen. My husband's surf and turf was O.K. The food and the service were mediocre compared to the exhorbitant prices. I have paid way less for way better before.

“Great food but expensive”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 3, 2013 via mobile

Best restaurant in West Hartford to me. Excellent steaks, for meat lovers, and delicious desserts. Elegant setting, relaxing atmosphere, although a bit noisy and dark. Worth to try, even if a bit expensive.

“Petit Filet”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 26, 2013

Here for a business group lunch (they are not typically open for lunch but will do events) and had the petit filet which was awesome. Service was good and the staff was respectful of the speakers and the guests. The sides that were served were also good. The garlic toast was the best.

“Excellent food and service, nice atmosphere, very expensive”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 24, 2013

The food was excellent - everything was very well prepared and nicely presented. The service was close to perfect - very friendly, professional and attentive. The atmosphere is pleasant and attractie, but not overly fancy or intimidating. The other customers were nicely dressed, but much less fancy than one would have expected given the prices (basically dressy casual). My only reservation is that the food is very expensive - approx. $40 or so for an entree, and everything is a la carte. Nevertheless, if you want an excellent deal, go on a Sunday night, when they offer a $39 prime rib, which includes a salad ($10 value), side order ($10 value) and desert ($10 to $12 value). Overall, an excellent, although very expensive, restaurant.
