I purchased a couple of watches here and added the lifetime battery option....prices were great, the sales lady was very attentive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this store to a friend, and have.

beautifully set and fun to go through. Learnt about time and how automation drove the clock industry (and the other way around). Great collection of time keeping machines. Somewone actually winds them up

We visited with 2 adults and 2 7-year-olds and all ages had fun. The young ones enjoyed the treasure hunt and learned a bit about clocks and time. The grownups enjoyed learning and were able to laugh at the clocks, watches and commercials of our youth. The staff was overwhelmingly patient and quite kind with our boisterous yet small group. And there was no hard sell - at the end of the tour, we volunteered that we wanted to spend the $11 for each kid to make a clock and the grownups decided on our own to buy the kids inexpensive watches. (starting at $9.99). There are also great discounts on much more expensive watches -- I bought a pedometer I've been wanting for years.

Very interesting to learn the history of the waterbury and timex clocks. The tour of the museum is self guided so you can spend as much time as you want viewing the displays and learning about the technology and development from 200 years ago to the future. The cost is inexpensive. At the end of the tour there is a gift shop which has a great selection of watches from inexpensive to expensive and most were marked down 30-60% off.
