The house was clean and comfortable, but the basics were lacking. The owners just seem to have provided the bare minimum. We had to call for 4 pillow cases (there were none). There were 4 small bath towels for 4 adults for three nites, two rolls of tp and no soap anywhere in the home. All the games except one were unusable due to scratched discs. The front yard was beautiful and as depicted, but the back "yard" was a barren moonscape of pebbles with a rusted table and chairs and a nice view of the fuel tank. I think if they added a little love to the back yard and provisioned the home better it could be a highly rated property.
The house was in a really great area and in all fairness we didn't have a lot of lead time for our trip, so our choices were limited.
Some holiday homes look a little tired round the edges but not this place. We really were pleased with the whole package. Every room was nicely done and looked as per the pictures. The kitchen was exceptionally well kitted out which was great for us as we had family nearby that came to eat so we made some very large family meals, the kitchen really had everything needed.
Water, showers, heating etc etc all very very easy to use and included so no problems at all for the whole week. Also a really great location by the Gap at the bottom of the mountains, stunning.
