Tom's whole operation is flawed from the start. You're greeted by Tom's miserable demeanor as he stands over his greasy grill letting who knows what kind of skin or hair follicles fall into your food. I'm surprised he can still notice when someone walks into the place. It's dark inside, and dirty. You're expected to coordinate with every other customer to figure out who gets their food next and if you don't do that Tom just gets mad at you. Then you throw your money in a pile on the counter after you eat. Seriously? And if you need change then good luck, Tom wouldn't help you if his life depended on it. Local high school girls love this place, but unless you're headed over to burn the place down and start a business that actually cares about its customers, stay away from Tom's.
