This is a beautiful vineyard with amazing views! I highly recommend packing a picnic lunch, buying a bottle and enjoying a romantic afternoon with a loved one. I hear the sunsets are spectacular! Wine is good too!

Very popular winery - Bring lots of food and friends. Sit inside or outside and enjoy the view and somewhat decent (for CT) wine.
The winery was recently expanded, and there are many tables. But - get there early if you want to reserve a table for your crew.
Their is a wine tasting bar at one end of the main room, with a small charge for tasting. Winery tours are available
I met the owner and he was quite pleasant and knowledgeable.

Visit, relax, and enjoy...

Tucked on the east side of Wallingford you will find a winery with views to rival the best of them. I have visited several in Litchfield County as well as in California and the atmosphere here with the spectacular views are impressive. The variety of wines are pretty good considering you are in Ct. But visiting there with friends on the weekend where you can bring appetizers or pizza is quite the event. They have music on both Friday and Saturday nights and becomes quite the popular gathering place! You can sit inside or out, weather permitting, but I do suggest getting there early to get a table since they do not take reservations. They serve complimentary cheese and crackers, but bringing along some or your own delights makes it that much more fun!

Great atmosphere and wonderful wine never disappoint. Always is busy but is never too crowded. Bring your own food and stay the entire afternoon. Drink, smile, enjoy.

I had a wonderful time there with close friends. The location and views are splendid, as were the wines. It was a bit crowded, but that was to be expected as we went during during the winter holiday season. We loved the fact that we could bring hors d'oevres to share. We found the staff very friendly, and went out of their way to make our experience one to remember. I can't wait to go back in warmer weather :)
