I have been here a handful of times and have been very pleased. They actually did a nice job with the feel and decor of the place despite it being a buffet. Most all of the food has been very good. I would go back.

This buffet is my favorite! There is a great variety of food and it is always good. We came all the way back to mohegan to eat here. We also decided to try Foxwoods buffet and it was horrible! This is worth the money!

Buffets always seem so impressive because there's so much to choose from, but usually, the quality isn't so great. That's the case here. Not terrible by far and you can easily get made-to-order omelettes and eggs which make for a good breakfast. But overall, fairly meh. I will give props to the very friendly and efficient servers though.

A very large buffet offering many choices, starting with soups, seafood, continental fare, oriental food and a large dessert selection. While a number of GF items are offered, they are likely not protected enough for Celiacs. Soft drinks are included and they have a large selection from a freestyle coke machine (but you have to order the soft drinks).

We were very pleasantly surprised at the variety of food offered at the buffet. We were hesitant to go in, because the sign at the front was all in Chinese and there is no menu in the front or any indication at all of what kind of food it is. However, it was Christmas Eve and the restaurant we had wanted to go to was closed. For $25 per person, the buffet was great. You name it - they had it. From seafood to meats to pasta and salads, we enjoyed everything we tasted. Forget ambience - it looks like a huge cafeteria. Waitstaff bring you drinks and take away used plates. Payment is a little confusing, though. You pay in the front and they give you a standard restaurant slip as a receipt. I thought I would write in the tip amount but you can't add anything to that bill. So you have to leave the tip in cash. That's fine, but they should tell you that up front.
Otherwise, a good deal and definitely the place to go if you're with people who all want to eat different things and don't mind the casual atmosphere.
