I was very disappointed when we used a Restaurant.com certificate. The certificate had no limitations on it but they refused to take it and did not tell us until they gave us the bill. This is a first as we have used these certificates before with no problem. We showed it to the waitress the minute the she came to the table. She said there was a limitation but we pointed out that this older certificate did not-only the new certificates have a limitation on them. She said she would take care of it and took the certificate away so we thought it was settled. She never told us there was any issue until she came back with our bill at the end of the meal. It was too late at that point to do anything because the manager is the one who told her they would not take it.
It is my opinion that you just do not do business this way.
The food is good. Nothing over the top but good. It is very loud in the place too-there were not even that many people in the restaurant (about 1/3 of the tables full) so I am not sure why it was so loud. It also has a very crowded feeling with barely enough room to get to the booths-you walk along a little catwalk like area that has glass up to your shoulder. The booths are also not very roomy. While I am not skinny I am also not huge and the table top butted up on my chest!
There are a lot of good restaurants around who charge either around the same or less, have great food and honor their word so we will not go back to this establishment.
