“Great Sushi!!”
Reviewed August 4, 2013

If you want some sushi in Torrington get it at Fuji. I recommend the salmon and tuna sushi.
Go there at lunch to get your best prices around $10.00. The staff are nice and friendly!! Quick service during lunch!! I would go back.

“Good food good show”
Reviewed July 6, 2013

Food was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the show was great! Definitely will return here! Just watch out for the "little peeing boy" if youve been here you know what I mean!

“Horrific management, probably serves Cat”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

Visited with a friend, and tried to practice my Chinese language skills.
Management chased us out. Hibachi tables are disgusting and covered with Smoke.

“A great Sushi/Teppanyaki Restaurant”
Reviewed November 14, 2012

I usually go to Fuji's once every other week and it is great whether you have sushi or decide on a Teppanyaki table. Seafood is always fresh and portion sizes are good. They offer a variety of specialty rolls on the regular menu and usually have some specials as well. Great place that does get VERY busy on Friday and Saturday nights.

“If you're on a diet, do NOT go to fuji”
Reviewed November 3, 2012

if you go to fuji, DO sit at the hibachi table. if you sit at a side table you'll feel depressed and out of the loop. the sushi is ok, the food is good, but the hibachi is incredible! the fried rice is delicious, the seafood seems fresh, and the hibachi chef puts on a very entertaining show. the staff, however, seems a little dead, the atmosphere is pathetic, there is a broken waterwheel with algae on it and there used to be fish in the pool but now its just dried up and there are old mossy pennies on the bottom. if you sit at the hibachi table, however, you will be distracted from the dull surroundings and you will be enchanted by the delicious flavors!!!! the salads are good too. its a great family experience.
