We have been going to Napa since it opened. It opened to rave reviews back then and I believe it is still good and worth the visit.

Truth be told there are many new restaurants in Stamford. Some come and go quickly. The better ones live on and Napa is one of them. Some will say it's too expensive but generally you get what you pay for. Personally I like the meals at Napa. Yummy! Even their burger is to die for but unless you try it you won't know what it's like.

Splurge on yourself and enjoy!

We did a client reception for approximately 40 people here - great space, great services, great food!

The room is noisy, but you feel like you are in the action. There is a long bar and a high table in addition to a dozen or so tables in the main room. The waitress tried to please, though, she did not know all the ingredients in a dish. But she went to the kitchen to find out. The bread was delicious as was the pork chop and chicken. Wines start in the low 20s and go up. Appetizers, though, are priced a bit high. My husband loved the restaurant; I liked it a lot but thought $36 for a pork chop was too expensive.

For the price I expected better food and service. The decor is great, especially considering that it's in the lobby of a hotel. I found the menu limited and again the food was average at best. Not sure I would go back. Also, valet parking cost $9 (you must get ticket validated) but you could park across the street in the city lot for $2 or $3.

We went here for dinner with friends on a Monday night. It is a nice, upscale restuarant that is quite popular, also as a wine bar. The wine list was good, although it had only a few reasonably priced wines in each category (with the many other selections available escalating rapidly in price).
Our group had the scallops on a bed of spinach, a country salad with blue cheese, and a pasta dish. The scallops were excellent, except that they were overpriced at $32, plus there were several gritty sand particles in both orders that ruined a few of the bites. The salad was wonderful - fresh mixed greens, with the proper amount of dressing. The two thin slices of blue cheese were good, although the $4 added charge seemed unnecessary.
Good experience, nice setting, some hits and misses on the food, and a bit overpriced.
