My mom and I went on a Monday night and arrived in time for Happy Hour- always a plus. Delicious martini's and their specialty drinks looks yummy.
Monday nights are Oyster nights, so we tried the raw oyster sampler and had a blast tasting our way through 7 different kinds while reading the description and flavor profile of each.
I had grilled swordfish which was mouthwatering- it came with mashed potatoes and veggies. My mom had fish and chips, also very good.
We split a piece of Key lime pie for dessert... it was the real deal, a nice dull greenish-brownish color of authentic Keylime pie (and being native Floridians, we know the real deal!), not the lime green concoction you usually get at most restaurants.
We sat at a booth in the bar but it was not noisy, and we stayed at least 2 1/2 hours and not once did we feel rushed or pressured by our waiter, even though the place was packed.
A treat. Go and enjoy!
