We went on a Saturday night, and it wasn't too crowded. We got a table easily.
The food itself is pretty good. We had enchaladas, soft tacos and burritos between the two of us. Nothing spectacular, but still the best Mexican we've had in this part of CT.
The issues... the mariachi band is really loud. They spent a good 15 minutes at tables right near us, and it was difficult to hear each other talk. I understand it can add to the atmosphere of a fun night out, but we were just there to eat dinner.
The biggest issue, however, was the cost of the drinks. It's $1.25 for each soda - no free refills. It wouldn't bother me so much except that the drinks are served in red wine glasses. We literally went through 7 drinks, and it was never mentioned to us that the refills would cost us. $10 in drinks is completely ridiculous and unnecessary. For that reason alone, I will not return.
