We had a nice meal. The restaurant was very busy on a Thursday night around 6 pm and we got our appetizers almost too quickly, then some 5-10 minutes later, our waitress arrived to offer us fresh pepper. We both enjoyed our meal , swordfish and duck. All in all, I would say quite good, but not really special. Appropriate for the price. I would go back and would also recommend, but no restaurant this busy at this price point can give perfect food or service.

The night before our son's wedding 35 of us celebrated at Abigail's. We broke bread in a private room upstairs adjacent to the bar. Lovely ambiance! The service was great and the food was delicious. The swordfish was cooked to perfection. A great time was had by all.

Captain Pettibone's tavern, once supposedly haunted by Abigail his wife, became the Chart House for awhile. Renewed, yet again, the food is of consistently high quality as is the service and atmosphere. Not a bargain, but surely worth it if you're looking for a special place or just an enjoyable meal or drinks. Indoors in chilly weather, or outdoors on the terrace, you will find the experience memorable.

The food here is quite wonderful! Be sure to get the eggplant fries as am appetizer, they are fantastic!
The food here is very good and moderately priced. The area that it is in is also nice to walk around on a sunny day.

Abigails is a good place to go either for happy hour or a sit down dinner. I've had good experiences and bad, so no five stars here. However, the happy hour pricing can't be beat, and sitting out on the patio in the summertime is great. They have an outstanding wine selection and great food. The service is either spectacular or terrible, depending on the waitstaff.
