This was our second visit to this charming little bistro in downtown Ridgefield, and it was another most positive experience. While the inside can become very noisy, the outside patio was perfect for a lazy, summer day with a balmy breeze to compliment the excellent food and service. One of my favorite dishes, Grilled Calamari, was very tasty, served with a light lemon and olive oil dressing over greens. Very refreshing, and an ample portion. Following this, the steamed mussels with a white wine, garlic broth was also terrific, the PEI mussels were large, meaty and tender. My wife chose grilled Bronzino, served with mixed vegetables: she loved it. Having a small taste, I loved it, also.
We must make mention of Scott, our wonderful waiter. He is most professional, he knows his craft, and his outgoing and friendly manner only adds to a very satisfying experience at this restaurant. We shall return soon.
