“Hotel near Foxwoods”

Nice new property. Beds very comfortable well appointed with good art. Unfortunately our room was missing the hair dryer, but I had my own. They also provide a convenient free shuttle to casino. Overall it is a nice property and very comfortable with helpful staff. Just avoid the overpriced breakfast buffet.

Me and my husband, along with another couple stayed at this hotel May 26th for one night. It was a last minute trip we planned earlier that same day. We had gotten free tickets to a concert that night at Foxwoods & decided we wanted to find a hotel for the night, to avoid driving back at night. Let me start off by saying the location of this hotel is perfect! Literally just outside the casino about a 4min drive. The rate we got was fairly good for being a last minute reservation & a holiday weekend ($150 w/taxes).

The check-in process was fairly quick. Lemonade & water with cookies offered in the lobby area. The hotel was super clean. Our room was nice & the beds were so comfy (2 queen beds). We didn't get a chance to use the shuttle service they offered. We arrived at 3pm and was ready to hit the casino (shuttle service didn't start till 4pm...and the last pickup at the casino would have been at 2:45am) so instead we used our own personal vehicle to get to the casino. Easy access to the casino from the hotel.

We left the casino at about 12:30am after a long day of gambling, eating dinner, and enjoying the concert. Once we left the parking garage we had an urge of the late night munchies...we ended up going to the Dunkin' Donuts located right across from the Hilton Garden. They are opened 24hrs, which is very convenient.

A dip in the hot tub would have been great at that time, however they close the pool & hot tub area by 10pm :-( We'll definitely have to make time for our next stay to enjoy the hotel amenities.

Check-out was easy. So overall, this hotel is great and I cannot emphasize enough how great is the location. Would definitely come back!

This is the most beautiful Hilton Garden Inn I have ever seen. I spend about 200 nights a year in a hotel. From the moment you walk in the front door you will know you made the right choice. The staff is filled with enthusiasm, passion and service skills "SECOND TO NONE" This is so much more than a hotel stay....it's an experience. They have a restaurant in the hotel and the food is plentiful and fabulous. The hotel is so NEW and CLASSY. If you are looking for a hotel that will "EXCEED ALL YOU EXPECTATIONS" look no further.

New hotel. Definitely lives up to the Hilton name. Room was very comfortable and clean. The only issue was with breakfast. I think since this was the first big weekend for this hotel that the breakfast staff was overwhelmed. Had to remind the waitress of my friend's order, juice glasses not available and a long wait for bill. Glad to see Garden Inns with a bar and restaraunt.

Great Hotel Brand new..Great shuttle to foxwood! The only thing was the vents in the bathrooms are joined in the room next door so you can hear everything that is going on in that room if you don't keep your bathroom door closed..But other than that great place to stay..

This is a great, new hotel within view of Foxwoods that has a very convenient shuttle service. Nicely appointed, large rooms and very good hospitality service. The only problem I encountered on my two night stay was that the service for the breakfast buffet was horrible. I was seated and was told someone would be right over, but no one ever came to my table. After hearing a server tell the table next to me they could go to the buffet or order additional items from her I decided to just go serve myself. I got a plate full of (delicious) food from the buffet, ate my entire meal, and ended up flagging down the hostess when I was done because I STILL hadn't had anyone come to my table! She was very apologetic and made sure the check came out immediately so I didn't have to wait any longer. This is a brand new hotel, so hopefully the wait staff is an area where they'll continue to make improvements. Overall, I was really happy with the hotel and would definitely stay again.
