Amazing food and great atmosphere. They talk a big game with the wings and they backed it up. They were some of the best wings that I have ever had. I followed it up with their homemade chicken pot pie which was hearty but not too filling. The ingredients tasted so fresh. First class operation with wonderful servers.

Visited this place for the first time after seeing Star Wars - a 30 minute wait for a table. Food was good, but not outstanding. Waiter was excellent (sorry I have forgotten his name!) Friends had the wings which they enjoyed.

Went for dinner here. Wonderful place -- old circa-1789 building charm and decor. Sports TVs around, 2-levels. Food was excellent. Service was very friendly, amenable, fast, and outstanding. Everyone loved the taverne and food. Definitely worth a revisit and many times over.

We were a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. All of us were very pleased with our choices. The appetizers, wings of course, french onion soup and a few other apps were all very good. Our dinners were served hot, fresh and all very tasty. The service was very good and we were all very pleased and will definitely return. The fireplaces were all lit and it just added to the coziness of the beautiful, big, old house the restaurant is housed in. Make reservations if you can, its always crowded!

What a great place! I flew up from Florida to visit family at Thanksgiving and picked this as a meeting place because it was easy access for all. The hospitality and the atmosphere was fantastic! Reservations for 8 at the last minute and yet they accommodated us graciously. We had a table by the fireplace and it was a perfect spot to gather and catch up with each other. The food was amazing. We all had something different and everyone raved about their dish. This place has that quaint homey feeling. The wood floors creak when you walk on them and you feel like you have stepped into a Currier and Ives scene. I can't thank you enough for the amazing time we spent here. Great place! Good people & Good food!
