We wanted to take a break from working around the house so I asked my son to get some sandwiches. Our local sandwich shop is always a winner. Unfortunately, it was Sunday and our usual was closed. He went to Oregano Joes, basically next door to our usual place. The place was empty. A few girls supposedly working were ignoring us. ...the food was very slow coming out. When we got the order home we found the food to be lacking in every way. It seems to be nearly impossible to sell food this bad. First the bread.. Supermarket fake Italian subs. They look good but taste like old time Wonder bread. The fillings were worse. Sausage and peppers was oily and skimpy. I found two pieces of bone in the sausage. It tasted as if it was cooked the day before. The chicken parm was soaked in tomato? sauce. The chicken was the pre breaded kind you would get in a school cafeteria. It was awful. This is not Italian food. Never again..
