We bring our two big dogs on most trips so we end up in budget motels, they just work better. This motel was one of the lowest prices in the area. Compared to some of the reviews for the other hotels, it was a good value. The room was clean and had a new TV, fridge and shower head and curtain (the kind that bows out even). There was new vinyl tile in the bathroom and a hairdryer. The bed was comfortable and had nice pillows. In this price range, it was actually one of the nicest we have stayed in lately.

If you are bringing dogs, I would recommend calling them instead of making your reservation over the internet since there wasn't any way to indicate we had dogs when I used the Days Inn website. That created some confusion and they put us in a non-dog room (it was in the same condition) but we got it all worked out in the end. The dog room was facing out back where there is a little grassy area to walk them complete with a garbage can to clean up. It was super convenient.

The only downside I could give is that the hotel seemed to lack a little maintenance. The ice machine didn't work and the juice machine also didn't work at the breakfast area. The room did have some repair issues, nothing big but just left me feeling like maintenance and quality work wasn't a priority.

All in all I give it a thumbs up.

The staff was friendly, but we were very disappointed that there was no internet service. They said it had broken the morning before, and they never got it fixed. Because of business obligations, we never stay in hotels without internet, so this was a big problem for us. They never offered a discount to make up for it. The bed was also extremely hard and uncomfortable. No more Days Inn for us...

We booked our stay as a walk in customer. The front desk staff was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. The room we were assigned had a bad oder as if the prior guest had left a dirty diaper. I went to the front desk and told them and right away without any hesitation they assigned us another room and then asked that we confirm that it was to our satisfaction. The room was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the free wireless internet. We had a wonderful dinner at the old diner car just down the road...good food, menu and prices. We enjoyed the free breakfast with bagels, cereal and fresh fruit. Great for a one night stay over while on the road.

The Days Inn was very clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed their coffee that they served with their breakfast.
