The food here is good, and the opera music blasting out into the parking lot is a nice touch. Everything else is completely unreliable. Whether you dine in or take out, it is anyone's guess whether you will get what you ordered. Often, the item itself or the ingredients on a pizza will be different from what you were expecting; and occasionally they give your order to someone else. There's nothing like expecting a lasagne and getting someone else's fettucini, or ordering a pizza with broccoli and getting one with black olives. Production time also varies enormously. You can get your order in a reasonable amount of time, or wait half an hour more for no apparent reason. Both of these things -- mistaken order and enormous delays -- have happened to me recently. (BTW, be prepared: They do not take credit cards, but there is an ATM in the take-out area.) We return to this place from time to time because my wife likes one of their dishes very much. If it were left to me, I'd never go near it again.
