The best hospitality I ever experienced. Front desk are so friendly, they welcome us with a glass of champagne. You can find hot apple cider, coffee and hot tea every level. It feels like I was in paradise, like a resort. Room was very clean, bed was super comfortable. Friend of ours has a 6 months baby and they have room with crib (just ask for it).

At check out, instead of going to check out counter, friendly guest will greet you in front of the first level next to elevator, they can check you out via an handheld device. Fast and convenience.

We definitely will stay there again!!!

The room was very comfortable and big. Quick and helpful checkin. The ability to get a hair straightener was appreciated. Very convenient to train station and town. Grounds were lovely. Only negative was the lack of sound proofing.

We stayed there twice for weekends. I most enjoyed the spectacular atrium, it really helps to rejuvenate in a good weekend getaway. In addition to the quiet area surrounding. For us it was only an hour drive away from the busy home area, but it was feeling like getting away far away from home.

This property was impressive in it's size and decor. The rooms were Hyatt standard, very modern decor and not cluttered what so ever. The bathroom was extremely clean and the faucet and shower head were both powerful. The atrium is the gem of this hotel and huge. The bar in the middle of the atrium is gorgeous and the bartender serves excellent drinks. Room service is delicious but comes at a high expensive price. Splurge if you can, if you can not or don't want to there are plenty of area diners and other eateries around that are affordable. Close access to I-95...there are coffee stations on every floor next to the elevator every morning starting around 6 to 645 a.m.....check-in and check-out was a breeze...excellent staff and just an excellent hotel overall......my only small complaint is that the beds were too stiff for my liking...but that's a personal preference. Others may like a firmer bed. I will say the Hyatt Place brand has the most comfortable beds out of the Hyatt brand....The Hyatt Regency is still very solid and worth the money.....

Room Tip: Try to get a room close to the elevator, and one facing inward towards the atrium. It's a much better view. If you don't have a room close to the elevator you will be walking for a very long time.

Greenwich is a nice area to stay in a hotel. This one is older but still has charm and class. Breakfast was good even though crowded, service was excellent especially from Manny. And Justin at the front desk was excellent - he helped us during the whole stay and was very attentive to our needs. The room was very quiet and peaceful, looking out into the trees. Beware the lounge is closed on weekends for those who are used to Hyatt club amenities - we did not see the fine print on the hotel's website. Overall a good place with great service!
