After fleeing a bad experience elsewhere, our taxi driver suggested the Norwalk Inn and Conference Center. We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is spotless and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The owners took time to converse with us.
Coming from Manhattan, I really appreciated the peace and quiet.

This is a wonderful place for a quick getaway.

Very nicely updated business hotel, conveniently located near I-95. I have stayed here at least 10-times. Our company - I am a Partner - holds sales meetings and board meetings at the hotel about 2-3 times a year. Rooms are comfortable - not large - but well furnished. Ask for a larger King Renovated Room. Or even better, the Hotel has a Guest House with 11-suites. Very, very nice. I was upgraded to the Guest House Suite on my last visit. Hotel includes a buffet hot breakfast. Hotel has an outdoor pool I have never used. The fitness room is in the basement is very small and at best 4-5 machines. Not great. Stick to breakfast in the hotel and have dinner in South Norwalk (many good restaurants) or my favorite Italian Restaurant 1-2 miles away in Westport on the Post Road, Via Sforza. Really good Italian food!

Room Tip: Ask for a larger King Renovated Room. Or even better, the Hotel has a Guest House with 11-suites. Very, very nice

Together with my family, we had the opportunity of staying at the Norwalk Inn during our last visit in the area. Extremely friendly environment and a very helpful staff. It is apparent that the Inn, recently, had a total renovation which gives it a fresh and beautiful look. Very large rooms with all the amenities and dining area with a very rich menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Definitely, we will stay again at the Inn on our next visit in the area. The best choice in town.

Peter R.

Room Tip: The rooms on the back side are more quiet.

I stayed at the Norwalk Inn when visiting CT on business. The staff were very friendly and found the courtesy bus they run from Monday-Fridays very convenient. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Connecticut.

We have stayed there on 3 separate occasions when visiting our daughter and her family in Norwalk. We were just there for one week over Christmas. The Inn is lovely and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. They have a bar, restaurant, outdoor pool and small workout facility. No hot tub. Pool is seasonal, so an outdoor hot tub would be nice in the winter months. The pool is located right off the bar with waitress service which is nice during the summer. It is very nicely landscaped and private.

The rooms are clean and nicely furnished with very comfortable beds. The standard rooms are a
bit tight with the only chair being a desk chair. I would not recommend these rooms for more than a night or two. We stayed in a small suite this last visit and it was much more comfortable. considerably larger with an easy chair and footstool. They also converted a large historic house adjacent to the property into various sized suites. They are beautifully done. These are mostly for long term stays and a bit pricey. The Inn is very busy during the week because they host a lot of conferences and corporate functions. Sometimes it was a little noisy in the hallways at night.

Breakfast is included on weekdays, mostly buffet however sometimes you order from the menu. The food is not great and service is slow. The atmosphere is nice with a fireplace. They also offer room service. They serve dinner and lunch, and restaurant is open to the public. I cannot comment on dinner because we never ate dinner there. Lunch by the pool was nice when we
were there last summer. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

Room Tip: No elevator. Handicap or trouble with stairs choose first floor. If space is important, ask for small suite. A little more money but worth it if you are staying more than a night or two.
